As co-owners, we have more than 50 years of combined experience working with friends and neighbors in Idaho, throughout the west, and in many other states.  We do not use a cookie-cutter approach. We tell you the unvarnished truth – and the truth is that retirement planning plays a key role in the level of confidence you have in your financial strategy.  We operate from a fiduciary point of view – which means that we do what’s in your best interest.

Meet Lane Fullmer, Co-Owner

Lane got his start in the industry in 1980, building his own practice with a major national company and then worked in management there for 12 years.  Driven by the desire to be an advocate for clients in the financial world, Lane left that company in 1997 to form Premier Alliance with a partner.

That two-man shop soon evolved to 60+ employees brought together in four companies. These resources now allow Premier Alliance to help clients in a variety of areas:  property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, the mortgage industry, and financial planning – Lane’s personal area of expertise and passion.  Lane is adamant about his responsibility as a fiduciary – he looks out for your best interests.

Lane holds the Series 65 Securities license and holds life and health insurance licenses in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, California, and other states. As an Investment Adviser Representative and insurance professional, Lane has a profound desire to help people get their financial house in order.

Lane and his wife Debi have lived in the Treasure Valley since 1971 – currently in Nampa, Idaho, calling it a great place to live and give back to their community.  Lane is an active member of his church and has served in several community positions over their 40+ years here.

What is most important to Lane is his family – his wife Debi, his six children and their spouses, and his 20 grandchildren.  This close-knit family loves spending time together whether it’s at home, on vacation together, or playing in Idaho’s abundant outdoors.

Meet David Fullmer, Co-Owner

David started his financial advising career in 1999.  He strives to make his process of discovery enjoyable as well as rewarding for his clients. It is important to him that in working together there is no undue pressure put on your current lifestyle or loss of focus on the important financial goals you already have.  Information is a key factor in David's process - the more you know, the more confident you can be with your retirement strategy.

David is adamant about his responsibility as a fiduciary – he looks out for your best interests. David holds the Series 65 Securities license, and holding both life and health insurance licenses in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, California, Texas, Montana and other states, David serves his clients as an Investment Adviser Representative and Insurance Professional. 

David is a native Idahoan, but has been fortunate to experience other countries as well as other parts of the United States. He is actively involved in many civic, business and church groups and a firm believer in giving back. He especially enjoys coaching youth sports, and with five boys, he has ample opportunity to get involved with their teams. David enthusiastically admits that one of his main (and favorite!) pastimes is spending time with his wife, Mari, and their “team”:  Dallin, Tyson, Jackson, Hayden and Hudson.

Meet Chris Ritter, Director of Client Relations

Chris joined the team at Premier Alliance in late 2016. As the director of client relations, he is involved in virtually every aspect of the day-to-day business, including assisting with new business applications, preparing new marketing campaigns and meeting potential clients at seminars. It is Chris’ job to ensure that all of Premier Alliance’s processes and procedures are running in an efficient manner so that our clients have the best experience possible.

Chris is a native Idahoan and loves everything about our growing community. He considers himself lucky to be married to the most amazing woman in the world, Sarah, who has blessed him with his beautiful daughter, Carter. Chris enjoys spending as much time as possible with his little family and also is passionate about his personal health and fitness goals. He is a dual graduate from Boise State University, with degrees in both communications and human resource management, and is also a military veteran — GO, NAVY!

Meet Sarah Ritter, Customer Service Specialist

Sarah began working with Premier Alliance in the fall of 2013. She loves working directly with our clients to help them with any changes and updates they may need to make to their current policies. She takes her job very seriously when it comes to following up on clients’ paperwork, and she does what is needed to answer any questions they have throughout the process or down the road. It is very important to Sarah to make each and every client experience the best that it can be.

Born and raised in Idaho, Sarah loves her home state and has no plans to move anywhere else. She is married to her best friend, Chris, and the couple recently had their first baby, a daughter named Carter. The Ritters love doing anything outdoors and being involved in health and fitness in the community.

Meet Madison Ortiz, Client Relationship Manager

Madison began working for Premier Alliance in the fall of 2017. She loves working with our clients to ensure that their expectations have been exceeded. She works alongside the clients from the moment they are introduced to the company, as potential clients, and continues to assist them through the entire journey as they transition to become a part of the Premier Alliance Family. She enjoys every opportunity she has to develop a personal relationship with each of our clients as it makes her job, and the client’s overall experience, that much more rewarding.

Born in Idaho, but raised in New York, Madison has finally back to her Idaho roots. She loves the Boise community and finds joy in giving back to her community in any way possible. She is a recent graduate of Boise State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. Madison has family around the world and loves traveling to visit and to learn more about her families’ background, culture, and traditions. She is a proud dog mom and loves her first born mutt, Ruby.
